One week into the new year. I'd love to say things are slowing down and that we're settling into winter. I would if we were. We aren't, it isn't. I, Ball and Skein, have a show next week and it is all about getting ready. By the same time this post is finished, the dye pots will have heated. I've a day of dyeing ahead of me.
It also looks like a perfect day for walking. If the weather holds and I meet my goal….

There it is, my new word for this year. It is a lofty goal, born of a wish to do and be.
