dyeing

Finally, I’m caught up on my dyeing and on my orders.  Here are four new colors in a single ply wool / silk.   Pardon the numbers for names, but I’m clean out of new ones for now.

P1010111 Okay, so I did name this one.. Maddie’s Rose.

P1010113  #113

P1010115 hmmm.. Verdigris

P1010109 #109 (maybe Evening Shadows?)

I’ll put them on my Yarns for Sale page.  Check the side bar if you are interested.  Oh yes, there are eight skeins of each, 150 yds. per skein.

  1. They are gorgeous, Judy. So, do we have a decision on SPA?

  2. They are very beautiful! The pink is lovely!

Boy, you sure know what you are doing (dyeing)!! Your yarn is simply beautiful (and so are the names)…

  4. Everyone is beautiful. I’m so tempted by Maddie.

  5. Ooh, the rose is absolutely gorgeous. I can’t buy any more yarn until I get my stash room organized. Are you going to use this color for a 2 ply? Maybe a lace or fingering weight?

Gorgeous yarn…would make a lovely shawl (or scarf…or anything!)

  7. Sooo tempting – I love Verdigris – I love the meaning. I love it. I have to do some serious thinking about buying all of them before someone else does!!

  8. are you taking suggestions for names? because #113 immediately reminded me of the colors in van gogh’s starry night. just gorgeous stuff, as always!

  9. I’m sorry if you’ve answered this before but I didn’t see it in the gallery: what’s the percentage of merino to silk in those skeins?

  10. How does one go about making purchases? I looked but didn’t see any instructions and I might just NEED some of that yarn. Thanks.
