Okay, New England! Time to get your feeders cleaned and filled. The hummingbirds are working their way up the coast.

I don't usually see them before the end of April, first week of May. But, once, only once, I saw them on the 23rd.

Here's the recipe:
1 part sugar
4 parts water

Heat to a boil, or until the sugar is completely dissolved. No red dye!
