Tomorrow the weather is changing for the colder, grayer, wetter variety. I need a few more days like today to finish up the inventory for the Fiber Festival of New England. November 2nd will be here before I know it.
I've been cleaning up the plants that were summering under the trees to bring in for the winter. Look who was hiding in one of the bromiliads.

Great disguise. About a 40lb. beaver. Theres a second beaver. Arghhhh!
It is hard to take a bad walk this time of year. There's so much color, so many color moods. We managed a couple beach walks last weekend. It was a nice contrast to my daily woods walks.
Subtle. Garish. Bright. Monochromatic…. any thing you want.
It is a great time of year for walks. Love the one with the blue sky peeking through.
