Egged on Encouraged by the many wonderful comments, I am making changes to amuse myself. Don’t worry, the sheep will be back. From time to time I change my banner, maybe you noticed, maybe not. I thought that at least until the first snow comes, I’d try out a few different pictures.
A Saturday sky picture and I’m on my way again…
..hopefully onto some FAST internet!

Wanted to let you know, I am from Maine and not a blogger and can hardly be called a knitter, but do knit. I began reading your blog over a year ago because of your interesting content about knitting, but also because you have lots of pics and it’s not only about knitting. Being from Maine, living by a lake, enjoying the outdoors and gardening, I can relate to your blog. I like your banner as well! I like change, so I think changing things are always refreshing. Your garden looks awesome! There is nothing like light reflecting off blackberries…so fresh!
I’ve been away from my internet and missed your first query. I love your pictures – landscape or yarn, they have so much color and light in them, they give me great pleasure. And your musings about your path as well.
I don’t often comment because they often feel complete to me and I don’t know what to say other than wow, beautiful. However sincerely meant, that can sound facile, you know?
But I always read and admire and enjoy. You have a great deal of artistry in you.
