Roc Day

Roc Day dawned warm and sunny, with almost no wind.  It was too beautiful to be indoors.  That wasn’t my excuse for staying home from the festivities, but as often is the case, it worked out for the good.  After a glass of celebratory wine, Cindy and I went to the beach for a walk with our spindles.  A perfect beginning for another fiberful year.

  10. Oh…. the beach…sigh.
I grew up on the ocean and miss it more than I can tell you. Buoys banging at night and seagulls squawking during the day. Thank you for giving me that visual during the winter πŸ™‚
