First.. go now and read Cate’s thoughts on knitting lace.   She covers absolutely ALL the bases.  Knitting lace IS therapy.  It stills the mind, sucks the sounds from the room and isolates the knitter (unless you are sitting in the presence of a group of noisy knitters, who will invariably be able to distract you because what they are knitting just might be more interesting or at the very least possibly your next project).  Apparently, it is our drug of choice.   If you are still reading this, stop now and hurry over to read Cate.

Wasn’t it a great post?? If you can’t answer that question, go back.. start over.. find the word "Cate", and click on it.  OKay!  After saying all of this, guess what I just printed out.. the Tivoli t-shirt.

I have about $3.00 worth of a cotton / rayon in a color I’ll name "grass".  (could have named it "weeds".. "grass" sounds nice, huh?)  I still have the cowl neck shell ON the needles.  This would be an EXCELLENT time to finish it, but….  what have I here??  must be…

  1. Aw, Judy, thanks!
You do realize that this is now the second or third time I have seen that tivoli top, and it’s just perfect. And I need to knit it. And I’m going to have to blame you. πŸ™‚ Better finish a shawl first, though, huh? πŸ˜‰
Thanks again for the sweet words!

  2. Cate’s post was perfect!!!

  3. I need to knit that top, too! I keep seeing it everywhere. It’s a great look. Cate has knitting zen pegged perfectly.
